Service agent was GREAT! (Tajee?? sp?). 5stars for him alone! He was friendly, considerate and easy to talk to on the phone. Very professional. He was also at the counter when I pulled in for the oil change. He mentioned that I was late arriving but would still get my oil change done on time. He didnt make me feel bad for being late, but professionally stated it while preparing the paperwork. He also came into the waiting room and made another pot of coffee :)

$189 hourly rate? $30 shop supply fee? Nothing like feeding someone else’s animal.What shop supply’s do you need to fix a plastic fuel door? Clearly not cleaning supplies to get all the smudges and greasy finger prints off the paint.

Amazing people worked with me over the phone after dealing with another dealer for over a month I was exhausted. Dario and Sydney saw that and helped me every step of the way and were AMAZING to work with.

Scheduling was good. car was complete as promised. Staff were helpful. I had an extremely difficult time trying to figure out how to communicate with the service department by text message. Voice phone calls are not good for me. I need text communication.

God morning The service was great and the only issue I had was we had this same issue a year ago while the car was under warranty and the part was cleaned and reused and not replaced. This year the car is out of warranty and we were charged to have it fixed. I believe this could have been avoided had the part been replaced last year when it first failed. The Service Manager Rick was very professional and explained everything. I did open a case with GMC. Thanks Alan Harreld

Easy to schedule appointment, fast service

Fast service even though I was late for my appointment. Elijah provided transportation from and to the dealership which was a huge help.

I called in to make an appointment and was asked to to leave a message, this has happened on numerous occasions. I waited for 10 minutes outside of the service bay only to be motioned in by the service advisor to come in side and leave my vehicle outside. When my vehicle was completed, it was parked in front of the dealership in my view. It took another 30 minutes to be called back to complete my payment. It has become very obvious that changes made at this dealership from ownership to managment over the past year or so have greatly reduced the attention to detail, and professionalism previously seen. There is now only one familiar face, Jeff. There is a revolving door of other salespeople. From all appearances, this is more of a used car rather than new car dealership. You have lost my business and I will not recommend you to any of my freinds or family. This was my last time at this dealership, I am taking my vehicle to Petoskey from now on.

They are very punctual on looking and fixing things wrong. Thank you for being so friendly also.

Cassie the service manager was up against a scheduling snafu that wound up taking almost 4 hours to get an oil change and tire monitor valve replaced. She kept me apprised of the progress, and in the end offered a discount for my wait. Not happy about the delay, but things happen.

I always receive outstanding car maintenance from Charlevoix Auto. The personal there are very professional and are a joy to talk too. There was one minor problem when I was looking over my vehicle before driving away. I noticed a small dent in the tailgate of my truck. I showed it to the service writer and she said she would notice the manager and have him handle this situation. That took place on Monday, July 27, 2026. Still waiting to be contacted for resolution.

I just love the Chevy dealer in Charlevoix. They are so kind and let me know what's going on every step of the way when my car needs service. Thank you!!!

Excellent service and Tajay ensures exceptional experience

We worked with Mike in service and he did a great job communicating with us. We live on Beaver Island so we appreciate having the extra effort with picking up our truck from the airport and bringing it back. He also had to coordinate with a person on our extra warranty services.

Dropped off truck for an early morning scheduled appt for oil change, tire rotation and a check engine light. The truck still was not ready by 3pm and had to wait till after 4pm to get the truck back and find out what the engine light was. The truck was there all day and still had to wait

I buy a new vehicle that is covered by a three year or 36000 mile WARRANTY BUMPER TO BUMPER. I have a check engine light on they fix the problem then tell me I owe a diagnostic fee.THIS IS WRONG. COVERED THREE YEARS OR 36000 MILES BUMPER TO BUMPER. I have bought many new trucks in the past all GM. IF THIS IS HOW YOUR WARRANTY WORKS NOW MAYBE I NEED TO SWITCH BRANDS.

I was very Happy.

Brought my Chevy Blazer in for an oil change and to replace the thermostat which had failed. An appointment was made quickly (next day) and although the shop was busy and the repair took longer than expected, they made time to get my car finished up as requested to ensure I had it back in time to drive appointments that would have been difficult to reschedule. I would very much appreciate it if the dealership would provide loaner vehicles though, that would take the pressure off the team to finish things quickly - it’s extremely difficult to go without a car for more than a day in Northern Michigan.

Thanks, I called and asked for an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. I was scheduled for the same day. Service department was professional and answered all my questions on both vehicles that we have serviced there

Unfortunately we became a member of the 6.2L recall and our engine did fail. Given the amount of coordination with GM and the magnitude of swapping the engines we were back in business in a few weeks. The entire staff is amazing but I have to give a special shout out to Travis, the master technician. The man is awesome! Thanks to everyone at Charlevoix Chevrolet for your kindness and support during this process.

My truck was in for its first oil change. It should have had oil changed,def fluid filled,washer fluid top off,and tires rotated. The oil was changed that was it.

A blown Audi and 6 loaners cars later To end up with a traverse with brake issues and a busted ball joint…. I say never deal with this harry wormwood dealership. Only JR was helpful.

Everything was very throughly taken care of. Cassandra, working the front desk, was inviting, friendly, and very informative. Kept me up to speed on everything that was going on during the duration of my visit. The waiting room was stocked with beverages and conveniences. My children were able to be entertained during our wait. Overall, a great experience!

Staff kept great communications. Vehicle was diagnosed quickly, and work completed fast, very satisfied. Please get a carafe for the coffee. It taste like burnt dirt sitting on the burner for extended periods. Love the waiting area.

Vehicle was supposed to go in for a diagnostic.And recall repair. It ook over two weeks and they didn't even fix the recall.
