Great service every time.

I took my 2021 Chevy Silverado diesel in for an oil leak they diagnosed it as a front engine seal and fixed it. I drove the vehicle for a little while, and it developed the rear engine oil seal. I took it in. They gave me a loaner which was very nice. Allow me to keep doing my construction business going Until the vehicle was completed They kept in continuous contact with me. About the repair. If I had any complaints, it would not be with the dealership. unfortunately it would be with Chevy. But that would be a different conversation with different people.

Jeff was awesome! He worked hard to get just what I was looking for.

You did a really good job! Unfortunately it took quite a while because of wait Times for parts. Was not cheap but you were fair! Car is running well.

Great Service Thanks

I had the best buying experience I've ever had at Charlovoix Auto. Jeff Beauchamp found the car that I was looking for and had it brought to Charlevoix. Most of the paperwork was done before I arrived, so my time spent at the dealership was minimal. Jeff was very knowledgable and friendly. I would definitely reccomend Jeff Beauchamp and Charlevoix Auto for Sales!

The sales department was awesome. They helped me out. They did the best they could with what they had to work with. Isaiah. Went above and beyond to find any vehicles that I was interested in the head of your service department worked with me the best he could to deal with the problems I had with my old truck.

Very friendly staff

First let me say I was happy to see Cody still there. He is the best and you need to keep him. I knew none of the rest of the workers there, but two gentlemen were very nice to me. I don't remember the name of the first one I met, dark skinned very handsome, kind gentlemen. His mother raised him correctly. I than met Mike, and he was very pleasant, kind, gentlemen, who's mother also raised him like a gentlemen. I was taken to the parts dept, and was very pleased to see Cody again. Cody helped the young man get the part ordered, it came, was put on my car. I was very pleased!

Found a loose lugnit on one of my tires today! Not appreciated!

I am very disappointed. When my truck was done I had walked up to it and the door handle had this deep scratching it. I immediately went in and asked my salesperson to come out and see this scratch . Looks like somebody had keys or something in their hand when they opened the door.

Your crew is working hard but obviously understaffed leading to delays and lack of communication. This is not the fault of the tech advisor who did a good job

Lied to, drove away from getting an oil change and lube job only to have to turn right back around because my check engine light was on. Wasn’t on when I arrived and had never been in on the past. Really just too much to go into here.

Easy to schedule appointment, fast service

$189 hourly rate? $30 shop supply fee? Nothing like feeding someone else’s animal.What shop supply’s do you need to fix a plastic fuel door? Clearly not cleaning supplies to get all the smudges and greasy finger prints off the paint.

Fast service even though I was late for my appointment. Elijah provided transportation from and to the dealership which was a huge help.

I called in to make an appointment and was asked to to leave a message, this has happened on numerous occasions. I waited for 10 minutes outside of the service bay only to be motioned in by the service advisor to come in side and leave my vehicle outside. When my vehicle was completed, it was parked in front of the dealership in my view. It took another 30 minutes to be called back to complete my payment. It has become very obvious that changes made at this dealership from ownership to managment over the past year or so have greatly reduced the attention to detail, and professionalism previously seen. There is now only one familiar face, Jeff. There is a revolving door of other salespeople. From all appearances, this is more of a used car rather than new car dealership. You have lost my business and I will not recommend you to any of my freinds or family. This was my last time at this dealership, I am taking my vehicle to Petoskey from now on.

Service agent was GREAT! (Tajee?? sp?). 5stars for him alone! He was friendly, considerate and easy to talk to on the phone. Very professional. He was also at the counter when I pulled in for the oil change. He mentioned that I was late arriving but would still get my oil change done on time. He didnt make me feel bad for being late, but professionally stated it while preparing the paperwork. He also came into the waiting room and made another pot of coffee :)

Scheduling was good. car was complete as promised. Staff were helpful. I had an extremely difficult time trying to figure out how to communicate with the service department by text message. Voice phone calls are not good for me. I need text communication.

My truck was in for its first oil change. It should have had oil changed,def fluid filled,washer fluid top off,and tires rotated. The oil was changed that was it.

We worked with Mike in service and he did a great job communicating with us. We live on Beaver Island so we appreciate having the extra effort with picking up our truck from the airport and bringing it back. He also had to coordinate with a person on our extra warranty services.
